German Forest: Linden 2015 - Germany 20 Euro 1/8 oz gold coin
The 2015 “Linde” commemorative coin is the crowning achievement of the “German Forest” coin series.
This is a 1/8 oz coin (equivalent to a fine weight of 3,8875 g) made of 999.9 fine gold. The face value of this beautiful gold coin is €20. The 2015 “Linde” coin motif shows an individually embossed linden leaf with the words “German Forest” and “Linde”.
The coin motif was designed by the Czech-German sculptor and medalist Frantisek Chochola from Hamburg. The federal eagle and the mint mark of the mint were immortalized on the value side of the “German Forest” series.
The coin is minted in the high quality "Uncirculated" and issued jointly by the five German mints. A total of a maximum of 200,000 copies of the last “Linde” gold coin will be issued. The commemorative coin is produced in the five German mints (40,000 pieces each).
